Child Dedication is a family service (held 2x a year) where parents, who have accepted Christ as their Saviour, acknowledge that their child is a gift God, and commit to raise their child, to understand and personally know Christ’s love for themselves.  

 

It is a commitment to disciple your children according to what the Bible teaches by keeping Christ at the centre of your life, your parenting and your family.

 

Coming to church as a family (and belonging to a vibrant church community), nurtures a child’s faith in Christ and enables your entire family to grow in faith together.

 

For that reason, families that dedicate their children at Church on the Queensway need to be actively attending Sunday services here in person, for 3+ months.

We love the community that exists when church families dedicate their children together (we do not do private child dedications).
