Tweens Ministry Grades 4-7

Hello Tweens and Families,

Our Tweens programs are currently suspended, but that doesn’t mean we can’t keep in touch. Below are a few ways we can continue to interact and grow together as a community:

  1. Watch your e-mail inbox for the “Tweens HeadsUPDate” e-mails
Make sure to check spam folders, and add Zac Fulton to your contacts

  2. Check here on the Tweens page for new content every couple days.  Our archived content can be viewed on the Queenway Tweens YouTube Channel

  3. We’ve been learning about The Gospel. Check this Right Now Media Series to help you continue the conversation (

We are praying for you all, and know that God is with you and your family. If you have any questions or just want to pray together, send me an e-mail ( and I’ll be happy to connect.
See you all soon!

Relax in God

Thursday, April 9 Update

Sometimes we need to just sit down and relax. In Psalm 23 David tells us how he is able to relax because God is with him!

small things = BIG IMPACT

Tuesday, April 7 Update

It's Easter, a time to reflect and be thankful for what Jesus did for us all. Sometimes it can feel like we are too small to make the kind of impact Jesus follower did, but Jesus taught that even the smallest actions can have a BIG IMPACT!

Donkey and Branches

Sunday, April 5 Update

It's Palm Sunday! That means Easter is just around the corner, but today has an important story of his own. Jesus comes down to meet us where we are, and to bring peace in a way no one ever expected. Take some time to reflect on why Jesus chose to come the way he did!

Church on the Queensway has an amazing Tweens ministry designed to help Gr 4-7 preteens to connect with friends, grow in their faith, and have fun! Preteens get to learn more about who God is, connect with friends and amazing leaders, and discuss the issues they deal with every day. We want each preteen to realize that God deeply cares for them, has a plan for their life, and wants to be a part of it! Don’t miss out!!

Sunday Tweens Services happen every Sunday morning in ‘The Factory’. Here Tweens have their own space to hangout, sing and worship together, hear what the Bible has to say to us today, and talk and pray with friends and leaders. Drop your Tween off at 'The Factory' (in the North East corner of the church’s property) before heading to the Sunday morning service, and pick them up as you leave.

We look forward to having them!

1st Service @ 9:30 a.m. - 10:40 a.m. - CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

2nd Service @ 11:11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

Friday Tweens Programs meet in either the Fellowship Hall or the Gym (schedule below) for programs designed to help the Tweens connect and dig deeper into their faith. The Gym nights are a great space to burn some energy and make some friends. Small group nights let the Tweens talk about issues that are important to them, talk about what the Bible says, pray together, and better connect with adult leaders and others their age!

Tweens Night @ 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

Your health and safety is of primary concern to Church on the Queensway and as such, the Church Board of Directors and leadership has made the difficult, but they believe, right decision to suspend all programs and events, effective immediately and until further notice.

Also, until further notice, the church will be closed on Sundays to the public and the morning services will continue to be held via livestream only.  These livestream services will be held at our usual times of 9:30am and 11:11am and will be accessible through the church’s website.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as the Church continues to monitor this fluid situation and we will continue to communicate any updates as they occur.

Let us know if we can help. You can talk to Pastor Zac at the Church.
