About the Role
This is a hands-on working supervisor role. The successful candidate will lead and support the Property & Facilities team while actively participating in maintenance, repairs, construction, preventative maintenance, production set building, event setup, and general facility operations.
Key responsibilities include maintaining building systems and grounds, coordinating contractors and vendors, supporting church services and special events, overseeing equipment and vehicles, and responding to facility emergencies as required.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
Minimum 5 years of facilities maintenance, construction, or property management experience
Strong practical knowledge of general building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and construction
Supervisory experience preferred
Experience with tools and maintenance equipment
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
Ability to perform physically demanding and occasional after-hours work
Production set construction and carpentry experience is a strong asset
